請教小白兔:我該怎麽辦.

HI, 小白兔:

My H1 is 6th year now. My 485 is pending. I have EAD but didn't use. My question is: If I renew the H1, I can use H1 for 3 more years because my 140 is approved. If the 485 is denied, Can I still use the H1 (because I know the H1 is only for 6 years)? If I cannot use H1 any more after the 485 is denied, then it's no use to renew the H1 now, right? Please give me an idea (renew the H1 or just use EAD).
