Does anyone has the experience?

tranditional LC (12/04) retention PD-> PERM(09/06)
律師說 PERM approved,但是DOL認為我的PD是09/06而不是12/04
律師很肯定和我說，我的PERM和tranditional LC的內容完全一致，肯定是DOL搞錯了
他們已經file appeal letter.

有人遇道或聽說這種事情嗎？appeal有可能成功嗎? How long will this take?
