XBT, just wondered if the immigration officer who

makes the decision whether or not to approve my I-485 will be the same as th eone who interviewed me? Another Q is I remembered after my 1st PF, my status was update right away(many people have this experience), my I did my 2nd PF last Friday, no update at all for my case.
