NIW I-140 REF (NSC) Approved

Hi all XDJM,

I got the approval email from NSC this morning. Million of thanks to fsa2000 for the great helping during the painful RFE preparation. Thanks for all the support from thia forum. Wish everyone good luck! _:)

Here is the brief deion of my case:

NIW petition was sent to VSC in Sept, 2005 and was than transferred to NSC in May 2006. A RFE was issued in Sep. 2006.

I sent the RFE on Dec. 5th 2006, got LUD on Dec. 9th, Jan 1st, 2007.
