真的感激極了!! 我現在極度心慌中.

我在網上看到這樣一段話:
“You can stay in the US after the expiry of your OPT, provided an application is made for your H1 within 60 days of expiry of your OPT."

可從你的CASE看起來, 你是在OPT EXPIRE前2天才FILE H1的APPLICATION呀, 也行嗎?
