h1B urgent

I got H1 approval, however, ther is a mistake on it, my Date of Birth is 03.24.1966, however, it is 05.24.1966. this mistake came from the I129 petition.

I really appreciate what Wojian suggested, he siad the University in US can write a letter to explain the situation. My question is, where the letter should be sent? to the INS, or the US embassy? since I am outside US now.

Any suggestion and experience is appreciated,
