拿I-140後再延期H1B三年，這3年的H1B是否可以transfer到其他公司
I am currently in my 6th year H1B. I want to
transfer to other company. Is it possible ?

I want to get a I-140(speed up I-140), then get
3year H1B extension from current company,
then use this 3 year to transfer to other company. Is
it viable?
