(: What files you need to file to them to get their earlier response? Did you call 1800 USCIS customer service? I called many times, no one answered except machine.
How to collect all the wom material? How to contact the federal disstrict court? How to pro se? You'd better to write a clear instruction. Many friends here will highly appreciate it.
