登陸歸來新疑問

昨天在buffalo登陸的，移民官有問我們是不是這次就搬家，因為行李少，隻好老實答不是，過一段時間再來。她就說等下次來時再申請楓葉卡，還給了我們表格。今天早上我們倒是申請到了social insurance number,說兩道三星期寄到。我的問題是我們能不能直接在網上申請，然後寫朋友的地址。當時移民官說楓葉卡要本人去拿的，請問是這樣的嗎？
另外要是楓葉卡一定要本人再來時申請，我們怎麽再入境呢？
