Address problem of DIY I-140

Dear friend:

Can any I-140 self-petitioner or boardmaster help me answer these questions:

1. What can I do if I change address later? Is it easy to change address in USCIS? Can I use a friend's address that is more stable?

2. What should I do if I move out of the states of the current services center ?
