Introductory
My friend, EB1b principle applicant, EB1-140 approved and I-485 pending more than 2 years long because of NC. He was treated for almost 1 year because lung TB (not hospitalized, local human resource guy sent anti-TB pills every day. Having doctor’s permit, he kept working while receiving TB treatment, because doctor told him his TB is not at infectious stage). After that for some other reasons, hospitalized and got three operations here in US). BTW, all of these happened before he filed I-485, and his medical examination were all normal.
Questions
1. His NC will be complicated because of the above information.
2. The above information will affect his I-485 approval? Because looks like he was a burden of US
Really appreciate your professional answers, thank you so much and nice weekend to you.
xiaobaitu, so glad u r online, pls help
