xiaobaitu and other expert help: can I change job after gc appro

I got gc approved recently. Can I change job right away? Do I need stay with current company for six months more? what about 3 months' fulltime and doing some part job with current company after 3 months?Is there any negative impact for citizenship application five years later ? Thanks
