1,Depend on what's kind of problem(隻有在不再次麵談無法作出決定時才會這麽做)
2，code3 = code1 + code2,code1 would expire in 15 months,but code2 ( just for making GC )never expire.
3,Depend on when NC done & when the immigrtion officer make the decision on this case.
