最近收到485 case update 說

finger print review complete... 我和老公歡喜一場，網上移民論壇一查，願來多數情況是name check 未完成呢。。還等到不知什麽時候去呢，
另外我們還沒被通知第二次fingerprint...第一次是2005年2月作的

我有兩個問題
1。這個security check, background check, name check , finger print review complete之間到底是什麽因果與先後順序呀？什麽包含什麽， 什麽在什麽之前呀

2。聽說訴訟這種情況比較有效，但是cost extra hundreds of bucks to initiate the case.
