H1可以去Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands嗎?

我是剛從F1轉到H1,還沒有回國換簽證,但護照已經在中領館換過新的了,上麵沒有任何簽證記錄,請問這種情況下可以去Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands嗎?入關時會有什麽問題嗎?需要攜帶什麽文件?謝謝.
