請教xiaobaitu，我應該怎麽做？

I have two Green card applications in middle of processing now. the details are following:

case 1:
EB3, priority date is 12/30/2003, regular processing. the status of this case is that LC is still pending in Dallas Backlog center.

case 2:
EB2, priority date is 12/27/2006. I already got LC approved by PERM processing.will file I-140 shortly.

Now our company allow us to expedite the earlier case by converting to RIR. but our company will not allow the filing of two I-140s, this means I will need to decide which case I want to pursue. may I get your opinion on which case I should pursue? is it possible to file the EB2 (case 2) using my EB3 PD (case 1)? if after I-140 approved,I change the job, can I keep my PD?
