I-485終於批了

一直以來沒有在論壇中講述我的綠卡申請經曆，現在做個總結。

2003年6月遞I-140 NIW。經過1年半的等待，2004年12月意外被拒。
不甘心，2005年3月重遞I-140 NIW與I-485。
2005年5月，在沒有appeal的情況下CIS自動reopen被拒的NIW，然後批準。
7月，第二個NIW也批準了。向CIS寫信要求確認較早的優先期。
8月第一次Finger Print。
2006年5月，優先期排到。月底Infopass的結果是"everything is OK, and you will see the results in 2 months"。
7月，未見任何結果，再Infopass, “Name Check is pending"。
8月，寫信給FBI local office, 詢問name check。月底接到FBI電話 “FBI has completed your name check and the results have been forwarded to USCIS headquarter early this month"。
9月，Infopass，“Name check is still pending"。
9月底，寫"Intent to sue"信給CIS，30天期限。
11月7日，WOM against CIS only。13日，AUSA served，60天期限開始計時。
2007年1月11日，第二次Finger Print。之後一直沒有LUD變化。
12日，AUSA要求延長期限30天，法官批準。
17日，I-485批準。

沒有什麽喜悅，感覺就像拿到本就屬於自己的東西。
