請教小白兔等填I-824表的一些問題。先謝！！

我家先生去年2月回國了，4月份140批了。現在國內創業階段，暫時不回來，所以想把綠卡的申請轉到廣東領館。填表期間有些問題不是很明了，怕誤事，所以向大家請教。謝謝！

1。Information about you

老公在國內，這個home or business address是填我們家現在美國的地址，還是老公在國內的地址？

同樣,下麵的maling address是填國內的還是美國的?

2. reason for request

A. a duplicate approval notice.
B. USCIS to nitify a different U.S.Consulate or Port-of_entry abput the approval of an application or petition.
C. USCIS to nitify a U.S.Consulate that my status has been adjusted to permanent resident.
D.USCIS to send my approval immigrant visa to the National Visa Center
E.USCIS to notify the U.S.Department of State of my U.S. citizenship status

該選B 還是 C?

3. 第三部分的第二個問題問
current/most recent immigration status: H1B
Naturalization/citizenship certificate Number 是什麽?

第三個問題又問principal beneficiary of the original perition的home address and mailing address,該填哪邊的?

4. 先生已經在國內,他能簽了字寄回來我給交上去嗎?
