I googled G-28 form, "To provide notice that an attorney or representative of a religious, charitable, social service or similar organization will appear before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of a person involved in a matter before USCIS.",

does that mean only if I want hire a lawyer to accompany me for interview with INS, then he need fill out G-28 form. Because the lawyer charge seperate fee for fill out N-400 form and appearance in the interview, so I just wonder maybe I can just fill out N-400 form myself and ask the lawyer to appear in the interview with INS?


That's why I ask you it's make difference or not for lawyer to fill out N-400 form instead of myself?

I think my case is 道德問題! thx
