請教法居士：謝謝幫我解答上次關於請教何時申請條件綠卡的問題。

我在這個問題上與我先生有不同的看法。他認為移民官當初在麵試時告述我們填寫I-751表的時間應在條件綠卡到期前的三個月，也就是在05/19/2005至08/19/2005期間填寫。我們當時還收到一頁紙的提示。全文內容如下：

Pursuade to section 216 of the immigration and nationality act, you have been granted conditional permanent residence status as of 08/19/2003.You must file form I-751, petition to remove the conditions on residence, between 05/20/2005 and 08/18/2005.(i.e. the 90 day period just prior to the second anniversary of you becoming a Conditional Permanent Resident.If a petition, Form I-751, to remove the conditional basis of your status is not filed within this period, your permanent resident status will automatically terminate and you will be subject to depotation from the Untied State.

可是條件綠卡的條件就是基於婚姻應在滿二年的基礎上才可以判定不是假結婚，就應給發永久綠卡。我對這個問題實在是不明白。多謝法居士能指點迷津。



附我上的問題：

我和我先生於2002年7月6日結婚。我通過身為公民的先生辦理了綠卡申請。我於2003年8月6日通過了綠卡麵試。我的條件綠卡有效期為08/19/03 至 08/19/2005到期。我的問題是具體何時我應該去除條件綠卡，轉為永久綠卡。多謝有心者能根據我的案例提供何時填寫I-751表具體的年，月，日。謝謝！！
