交 485 後 180 天換工作是不同的

法律上說 eb 綠卡是基於一個 permanat offer.
所以 485 pending 期間換工作 (AC21)，隻不過是另一家公司給 permanat offer，這是法律許可的。
綠卡拿到後馬上換，意味著 permanat offer 有點疑問。
以下是律師的意見：
As a rule of thumb, immigration attorneys like to suggest 6 months of work after the permanent residence is approved.

This is to avoid charges that the company or you committed fraud – in other words, to avoid accusations that you never really intended to work for the company or that the company really did not have a full time job for you.

However, in a circumstance like yours, the company is being sold and I do not think that it would be problematic if you took another opportunity.
