Personally, i donot think there is that much difference between. The only solution is from the congressmen (for both eb2 & 3). If i were you, i rather consider saving time and energy for now. Anyway, you can try if you want, and, do not feel disheartened if you cannot make it finally. Nobody knows what will happen tommorow exactly. Good luck!
