職業移民批準的前提是雇主的永久性職位，如果拿到綠卡就馬上

離職，移民局可以懷疑當初根本就沒有什麽永久性offer,整個申請完全是你和公司之間為了獲得綠卡而進行的deal,換句話說，和家庭類移民中的假結婚相似--任何目的是單純為了規避移民法的綠卡申請都應該被視為無效，包括已經獲得綠卡的情況下，綠卡可以被撤銷。
當然很有可能這個問題會被延誤到你申請入籍時才引起移民官注意，那時是否追究取決於具體負責審理的officer
