Xiaobaitu, Radiolgy, 等專家. 兩個I-539表格的問題.

本人140已批,全家I-485Pending. 在I-539表格Part 4的3a是"Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?". 3b是"Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?". 我的問題是,子女在填這部分時應該填Yes還是No? 他們沒有遞交過I-140, 隻遞交過I-485. 謝謝!
