Both my wife and I the I485 application in Dec 2002 to Nebraska service center when we were in Indina. After long time waiting and 2 years later after we moved to New Jersey, her case was approved last May (NIW). My case is still stuck in Name Check and still in Nebraska center. Right now I plan to apply the AP, but wonder where should I send ? Chicago or Nebraska?
