再問485 name check

以前網上的STATUS 顯示 正在security check，THERE IS NO KNOWN EVIDENCE HOW LONG IT MIGHT TAKE AND WHEN IT COMPLETE...

現在收到網上update 說"finger print review has been complete, the case is now at vermont service center..",

如何由此判斷name check 是否完成？？有點搞不懂得是， 如果name check 未完成，現在怎會案例在vermonst service center 而不是FBI?
難道過程是FBI SECURITY CHECK-->退回SERVICE CENTER-->SEND TO FBI FOR NAME CHECK AGAIN?
