two questions aboutb 485 interview,EB1(OR)-based(140 approved in Sep.05)
1.Form I-485 Part 3, Q#2(have you received public assistance...?)
My answer is NO, but now I remembered my daughter got one semester of reduce-priced lunch, only one semester because my parents-in-law were here, we had five people for that period and only I have a job,so we met criteria of reduce-priced lunch, do I have to change the answer from NO to Yes when we were interviewed?
2. Also all of us three need to do the same? because I am not sure if only my daughter(direct beneficiary?) should say yes or my hu*****and and I(indirect beneficiary?) also should say yes?
3.While my hu*****and still in China, he came to US two time( about8-9 years ago with business visa), he remember he filled out a kind of form(of course not I-485)and said that was a communist party member , but he put NO in his I-485 Form Part 3, Q#6, any problem? CIS kept the record of 8-9 years ago?
