I have never heard of such a thing. But as long as she can provide notorized divorce paper you guys are OK. The interviewer may or may not notice that. If he/she does, your wife might be picked on about it. The main issue here is to prove that your marriage is real and is based on love, not GC. Be calm and don't worry too much.
