Help: I-94 expiration date

I entered US from Canada with H4 visa. (the visa expired Apr.11,2007). I got a I-94 form on the border with the same expiration date as my visa, which means I can only stay in US for 3 months.

My hu*****and's I-797 form and I-94 valid until Sep.25, 2009.

What can I do now? Many thanks!!!
