my hu*****and's case:
05/03 send to local LINGSHIGUAN
07/03 send to Wsshington Embassy
09/03 send to DOS
12/03 got recomandation letter from DOS
end of 12/03 got INS letter
The most important thing I think is after NO Objection letter was sent to DOS, send your boss's letter which said he or she want to provide you H1 after you get waivered, although we may think we already send it to China embassy, but in my knowlege, Chinese embassy just send no objection letter to DPS, not boss's recomandation letter. usually it takes 3 months in DOS to process. They are not too bad, one of my hu*****ands file got lost in DOS, so they called my hu*****and to send that file again, and he got waivered in 1 week. just keep cheking DOS case processing update. good luck all J-1 TONGZHIMEN.
