請教小白兔，再說NAME CHECK 和請教WOM的程序？

好久沒有關心name check，因為實在等太久了，我們是2004年5月遞的485，之後就check了，指紋打了兩次了。上這問過兩次，好像很多朋友都被check，成了一個平常的事情，也就沒有多問了。今天看很多朋友的帖子好像出了個WOM，可以去sue FBI的action？怎麽行動呢？是不是一定要找律師？多謝！
