Xiaobaitu please advise regarding Priority date carry-over

Many thanks in advance!

I currently have two I-140s approved:
1. EB3 PD 2002/12 (approved 2006, Nov)
2. EB2 PD 2005/09 (approved 2005, Dec)

My lawyer just told me that I could file EB2 485 using EB3's PD. I've read several articles regarding Priority date carry-over. It seems to be a good option now. My concern is that my EB3 case is actually a labor substitution and its I-140 was filed last year around August, which is after my EB2's I-140 was approved. So this is different from many people's case where they file EB3 first then file another EB2 later using EB3's earlier date. Is my situation's reversed order going to be an issue? Any risk of me filing 485 now?

I would appreciate very much your advice!
