to xiaobaitu about paper citation

My paper was cited by other author,thus for paper citation in 140 process,do I need send the original paper (which cited my paper) with reference,or just reference part of the paper?

我的文章被別人的文章引用過,那麽我在遞交140材料時,需要遞交那些引用我文章的別人的文章的原文,還是隻要遞交reference part of the paper就成?因為有些文章能夠找到reference part但是找不到原文(至少到今天還沒有找到).這樣一來,reference part可以證明材料充分嗎?謝謝.
