I respect you very much in this forum. However, I feel you are too conservative in the WOM issue. Here are my points:
1. in the forum, we haven't found a single case where applicants who filed WOM but did not get their GC. Simplely arguing that this is because those who failed will not post anything in the forum is not convincing. I would say that those who failed would be more likely to post something here because they need ask for help. If the rejection rate is high, we should at least say some failed cases here, but we say none.
2. There is no envidence to support that USCIS will revenge us if we file WOM. On the contrary, there are plenty of envindences show that USCIS will expedite our cases if we are serious about suing them
3. There are lots of people in this forum (including me) who care more about get a decision quickly for their GC case than get rejection. For us, Waitting is the most suffering part, not the intent to deny letters, we get nothing to lose if we file the WOM.
