申請政府工作，要求填寫有關犯罪記錄。因為和孩子的衝突，去年被老婆告到了法庭，法官當庭判決是證據不足，罪名不成立。請問這種情況在工作申請中的犯罪記錄應該怎樣填寫 （選擇"Yes" or "No"）？

問題如下：

有一次駕車超速，上了法庭，警察去了，依然是罰了款，請問這個需要添 "Yes"嗎？

Have you ever plead nolo contendre (no contest) or pled guilty to a crime? ("Yes" or "No")

這明明是老婆找機會修理我，法官當庭判了無罪，案子Dismiss了。請問Disposition和Current Status怎樣回答呢？
