hi! Thank you for your info. I just want to see other people's date to see if something is wrong with my case.
I know someone filed h1b transfer on 12/20 using premium processing, the case was tranferred to California center and USCIS approved it on 12/28.
I think there's a reasonable delay due to the holidays by the end of year. But usually it does not take so many days, I am worried about it. I really need the receipt # to start the new job.
