first at Dec 2004, the first 45-day-letter asked for company's info.

then in March or APril ( I forgot) ,he got another RFE asked for company financial condition,and all empolyee info...

cost another 300$ for attoney fee to reply 2nd RFE.

he is already in his 7 year H1b.

today I checked the DOL website and know it was cerified...
