Just apply H1b directly , do not use I-485 based EAD

我快要畢業了,老公的I-140已批了，485不知什麽時間批，而且老公工作不穩定，所以難以判斷485的前景。
1）如果用老公的EAD去找工作，萬一485被拒，我能不能再換成H1.
Right! You can not change into H1 in US.

2) 如果用OPT去找工作，會不會影響我的綠卡申請。

I doubt if you can get OPT if you have ted I-485. You can find a job first. Just apply H1 directly without using EAD (if non-profit). It is the best way.
