NIW 485 pending, used AP, can I still do H1B transfer?

各位大俠，我的情況是NIW批準，485 pendin. 用H1B在學校做postdoc。但去年我用AP回國了一堂。我現在要換地方。我還能做H1B transfer 嗎？還是我隻能用EAD工作了。多謝指教。
