Xiaobaitu and other experts, please help! Help! Help!

My hu*****and's company is considering to let him work in China,
his status is H1B and he's the only H1B in his company and we know that is also the reason his company is taking advantage of our weakness, so we have to prepare for the worst in case of any other decision they'll make, such of terminate his position here in their upcoming meeting next week. Our only concern is my son is now in 9th grade and studies very hard, we really want to keep him studying here.

So I'd appreciate your any suggestion for my hu*****and to talk with his boss, his company seems willing to keep him work for the company but we are not sure if they would think any way to treat my family fair on it.
