鬱悶，有美國人應聘我的PERM招聘廣告，請求支招

公司裏基本上都是美國人，所以也沒有很多經驗處理PERM based的綠卡申請。應征的美國人從簡曆上來看可能是80%符合條件（有幾條job required的skills他並沒有寫在簡曆上）。可是老板認為應該電話麵試後才能決定是不是真的不符合條件。

律師說qualified means that a worker meets the “minimum” educational, experience, or other requirements,隻是不知這個“minimum”是否就等同於“100% fit the job deion”.

鬱悶，這個時候應該做些什麽才能夠對事情有所幫助呢？真是不想死在這一步上啊。
