H4 Tuition is tax refundable, and also day care expense.

But there is a upper limit.
But summer holiday day care seems not qualified. Unless you both have full-time jobs.

I-1040 Forms has very detailed explanations. It does not care if you are H1/H4 or U.S. Citizens.
