VISA Waiver program doesn't apply to the situation of AOS

so if she enter USA with a visa waiver (I-94W),she can't get green card within USA,please go to www.state.gov/travel & business/visas/visa waiver program to check the rules about the program.
As AOS ,consular processing may be denied,usually the denial are caused by doubt to if your marriage relationship is a real one,you can't appeal it ,but you
may reapply.
