I heard you can file I-140 online and send your supporting material a little (within 7 days) later. It should as same as the paper application. The advantage is clear that USCIS won't lose your e-file. After you file I-140 online, you get a case number right away (several days faster than
Fedex delivery). Thus, your priority date is a little earlier.
