求助：我們的FBI背景調查是怎麽回事呢？

上周去了移民局的local office, 被告知老公的FBI背景調查還沒有完成，已經2年多了。很奇怪的是，他早都做過2次finger print, 我們去年7月就收到了485 的ref，當時打電話查詢, 也被告知背景調查都已經完成了，case 也到officer 手裏了，應該很快就有結果了。在移民論壇上看到的情況也大多是背景調查完成後才收到ref的，怎麽我們的就不一樣呢？

請教大家該怎麽辦？除了給senator and congressman 寫信之外，能不能給FBI打電話和寫信之類的。謝謝了。
