I am filling i-129 H1b Data CollectionSupplement form, please let me know what this is talking about, what should I do to the "yes or no" anwser? How do I know if my MFA degree is from one of institution?

Question: Has the beneficiary of this petition earned a master's or higher degree from a US institution of higher education as defined in 20 U.S.C section 1001 (a)
No or Yes?
