Questions About EB-485 interview

got EB1b approved I-485 interview at local office(Baltimore)

1.only our child has birth cetificate(BC) and BC notarization, but my hu*****and and I only have BC notarizations, no BC at all(we use our passports to do our BC notarization, we never see our BCs like our child, we were born in 1960s, I don't think out parents have our BC)
2.Do we need to bring our origal published paper, awards certificates with us on the interview day as well as other impotant documents CIS memtioned? some of my certificates I don't have them with me here in US, because they are too havy to carry to US(copper plague), some of my certicficates like Higher education Teacher and medical doctor's cetificate are still in China, I only have their copies. All of the above I ted to CIS with my I-140, I worried CIS office will see my originals but I don't have them in hand,

Do you expers think I need to ask people in China Send all these original documents to me before I go the 485 interview???
