For whose who decide to file WOM, please make a full preparation for your case before you file it.

I do encourage those employment-based GC applicants [whose cases are unreasonably delayed for whatever reasons and who have no fault at all] to file WOM pro se or by a lawyer.

But I do not encourage those family-based GC applicants to file WOM Pro Se. If you have to do it, you'd better to look for lawyer's help since it is more complicated than employment-based application.
