I went to the local immigration office in my area,the officer told me they do not accept the AP application with I-485 that has been sent to Service Center.I have to wait the service center's decision. Probably I can try another time. About the I-485 receipt, I don't know if you submitted by yourself or by your lawyer. Once the CIS receive your package, they will issue the receipt in one week, normally your should receive it in two weeks. If your I-485 was sent by your lawyer, the receipt will be mailed to him. Check with your lawyer. By the way, Is your I-140 approved or still pending? Thanks.
