好多人沒有真正理解H1-B cap 的定義。你有OPT,說明你是在美國學習且畢業的學生，按照美國政府的規定，你的H1-B簽證根本不包括在每年的H1-B cap 之中。也就是說，你的簽證不受每年65000個名額的影響。
把心放回你的肚子裏去，按部就班的請你的老板file你的H1-B申請給移民局，USCIS 回受理的，一點問題都沒有。
